How we can help

WordPress help, without an unnecessary rebuild.

A WordPress site can grow with your business, but it can also collect awkward layouts, aging plugins and workarounds. We can help you build something new, improve the site you have or arrange ongoing support around the work that matters.

Start with the job, not a new theme

Tell us what visitors should be able to do and what is getting in the way. That might be a clearer service page, a contact form that behaves properly, a new content section or a complete rebuild. We look at the existing theme, editor, plugins and hosting before recommending a change. A usable foundation is worth keeping.

Make the editing experience part of the project

A good handover is not just a finished homepage. We can plan reusable page layouts, sensible content fields and an editing approach your team can understand. Before repeating a design across the site, review a representative page and try the updates you expect to make. The best layout is one you can keep accurate.

Choose plugins for a real need

More plugins do not automatically make a better website. We review what each important plugin does, whether features overlap and what depends on it. Paid licenses, vendor support and compatibility need checking for the actual installation. If a replacement is needed, we explain what changes for your content, forms and day-to-day work before proceeding.

Check changes before visitors depend on them

For a larger change, a staging copy gives us somewhere to review the work before release. We agree how backups and recovery will work, then check important pages, navigation, forms and any other included customer journeys. WordPress recommends making a backup before updating. We also check relevant theme and plugin compatibility rather than treating an update notification as a finished test.

Know what you are getting at handover

The agreed deliverables can include the changed pages, an explanation of important settings, editing notes and a list of ongoing responsibilities. We make clear which accounts and licenses you control and what further support includes. A focused repair does not have to become a retainer; a substantial build does not have to end without a maintenance plan.

Bring the useful details, not your passwords

Send the website address, the outcome you want and a short description of any problem. If you know the host, theme or editor, include those names. Screenshots and the steps that reproduce a problem can help. We will discuss appropriate access separately; please do not email passwords or private customer information.

Questions you might have

Can you work on an existing WordPress website?

Yes. We start by assessing the current setup and the requested work. Keeping an effective theme or editor may be more useful than rebuilding everything.

Do you work only with WordPress?

No. We also work with Wix, Webflow, other CMS platforms and code-managed websites. The platform should fit your business, not the other way around.

Can you provide ongoing WordPress support?

We can discuss an agreed task list, review schedule and available capacity. Updates, content work and new features are different responsibilities, so we define what is included.
